Novak stands as an advocate for recovery, who dedicates most of his free time in helping others who are struggling with their own addiction issues.
He has overcome his 21 year battle with heroin, and is currently over two years clean and sober. He speaks at high schools, colleges, and other public events informing his audience about how real the disease of addiction really is, and how it can affect anyone from any walk of life.

Brandon always says how he is there for anyone struggling, “They never gave up on me, so how dare I give up on anyone else.” He says that if he can get clean and sober, anyone can.
